We offer a form of cooperation in seeking our clients' interest in investing in property in Bali. Our current project is build more than 16 villas for sale and manage, offering a free management program to our villa buyers, this can provide an attractive offer of ROI of approximately 10% per year.

Villa Management

As being a developer, @mielproperty also offer villa construction services from 0 and villa management with interesting Return of Investment according to our clients' wishes.

Founder

Founded in 2023 by Otniel Lolo and Monica Maria Kumontoy, PT. Miel Property International started from a leading construction company in Indonesia that has completed more than 50 real estate and building construction projects.
